By using the Starcaller Intelligence Platform, the CRA Compliance Kit ("cra-compliance-kit"), the CRA Watch API, the Starcaller Discord bot, or any associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Starcaller provides a sovereign personal intelligence platform, an open-source EU Cyber Resilience Act compliance toolkit, SBOM monitoring APIs, and a Discord community bot for developer support and compliance countdown tracking.
You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the security of any API keys or credentials issued to you. You may not use the Services to distribute malware, conduct unauthorized security testing against third parties, or violate the Discord Terms of Service.
The CRA Compliance Kit core modules are released under the MIT License. Commercial modules are subject to separate license terms. The Starcaller name, logo, and branding are proprietary. The Discord bot source code is provided for transparency but is not licensed for redistribution as a standalone service.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While the CRA Compliance Kit aims to assist with EU Cyber Resilience Act compliance, it does not constitute legal advice. You should consult qualified legal counsel for regulatory compliance matters. CVE matching relies on publicly available data and may not be exhaustive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starcaller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The free tier API and Discord bot are provided on a best-effort basis.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these terms. Paid subscribers will receive prorated refunds for unused portions of their subscription period upon termination not caused by a terms violation.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Discord server and website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
