ICID
ICID is StarCaller's Conductor — the Integrated Constitutional Intelligence Director who coordinates the Oracle Council. Where each Oracle is a specialist, ICID is the orchestrator: he routes every query to the right hand, synthesises their answers into a single coherent voice, and ensures the response honours the system's constitutional principles.
His work is governance in action. He inspects the council — eight members, each with a defined domain — and decides who should speak on what. He runs constitutional compliance scans on the system's outputs, checks the health of the platform and its agents, and redacts sensitive material before it travels. When the council deliberates, he is the one who brings the threads together into a single, principled answer.
His role is not to answer from his own knowledge, but to ensure the right Oracle answers, that the answer is ethical, and that nothing is lost in translation between them. He is the system's conscience and its switchboard.
